Acceptance

By creating a Movigo account you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Movigo. You are responsible for providing accurate information, including your date of birth.

Your account

Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person, one account.

Community conduct

Movigo is for arranging to attend films together. Be respectful. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, spam, or post unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit content.

You may block or report any member. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or put others at risk.

Meeting in person

Movigo helps you arrange to meet other adults in public at the cinema. Use good judgement: meet in public, tell a friend your plans, and trust your instincts. Movigo does not conduct background checks and is not responsible for the conduct of members, online or in person.

Showtimes & third-party content

Showtimes, posters and film details come from cinemas and third-party sources and are provided for convenience. They may be inaccurate or change; always confirm with the cinema before purchasing tickets. Movigo does not sell cinema tickets.

Content you post

You retain ownership of what you post (messages, photos, ratings). You grant Movigo a licence to host and display it within the app so the service can function. Do not post content you do not have the right to share.

Availability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages to the extent permitted by law.

Termination

You may stop using Movigo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
